Talk about things you are worried about and write them down. Post them inside your worry box to let go of your worries.

Wellbeing

Wednesday

Write a letter to your friends. Send us a picture of your letter and we will post it on the school website for your friends to see.

Complete ‘My memories at school’ activity. Write about some of your favourite memories that you have drawn in the boxes.

Maths

Estimating- Find a small container and fill it with e.g large stones, pinecones, toys. How many do you think are in the container? Now count them out and see if their guess was close.

Listen to the 3d shape hunt song. Go on a shape hunt around your house and garden. What shapes can you find?

Play the subtraction game from the link below

Make your own number line.

Write our numbers 0-10 on separate pieces of paper. Find the right amount if different objects to place under each number. For example 1 stone, 2 feathers, 3 pinecones….

Creative

Create ‘Things that make me happy’ poster. Draw and colour in your pictures

Create your own ‘worry box’ out of your recycling.

Make a pin wheel and talk to your child about anything they are worried about. Listen to the relaxing music from the link in the resources. Blow on your pin wheel to blow away your worries. OR find a dandelion and blow your worries away.

Draw pictures of some of your favourite memories at school. Decorate your poster to make it look unique.
