Old Basford School are seeking to appoint a Lead SEND teacher for our Internal Enhanced Provision (The Willow) within our mainstream school. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and supporting all children to help them thrive.
The post is advertised as full-time and includes dedicated non-contact SEND time. You will be responsible for ensuring the high standard of provision in The Willow classroom, working collaboratively with all staff and parents to aim for the very best for our children with complex additional needs. As the Lead SEND Teacher, you will work closely with the SENDCO to ensure the teaching practice, learning support, learning environment and resources for The Willow and wider school are of a high standard and conducive to excellent pupil progress.
The role would suit an aspirational SENDCO or/and a teacher with real passion, knowledge and love of SEND.
