At Old Basford School We Believe

At Old Basford School the Foundation Stage consists of a Foundation Unit, made up of one building that provides provision for 80 F1 children (40 in the morning session, 40 in the afternoon) and another adjacent building that provides provision for 60 F2 children; this consists of a large shared area with two separate teaching areas that can be sectioned off for whole class teaching and an adjoining teaching room for group work and intervention. There is a large outdoor learning area that is shared between both Foundation 1 and 2.
