Meet the team...
During Autumn 1, the PLT have been involved in lots of exciting things:
Each class from Year 4 to Year 6 have elected their new PLT members. We will be meeting regularly to discuss and make plans for upcoming events. Make sure you keep an eye on our display by reception as we will be sharing any events and news.
On Friday 26th September, PLT helped out at our MacMillan coffee morning where we proudly raised £173.20. They were a fantastic asset in helping to ensure the event ran smoothly.
We have had a Teams meeting with Iain Turner from Nottingham City council and Jack Harris from ‘Grow Notts’ to arrange for PLT to be involved in getting the new community site opposite school ready for the opening and to help with maintenance going forward. Our first visit will be on Wednesday 15th October where the children will take part in different activities including helping with planting.
We are looking forward to planning our future events, starting with Children in Need and assisting with our autumn disco in November.
