OBS WEAR RED DAY supporting 'STOP THE BLEED' day locally fundraising for BLEED CONTROL KITS
Today OBS turned from a SEA OF BLUE to a SEA OF RED!
We are PROUD to be supporting the local campaign in memory of Bryon Griffin who sadly lost his life a year ago today.
Pupils, parents and staff have been donating to help us raise money to support this charity and buy 'BLEED CONTROL KITS' for the public to access within our area; so as if a serious accident were to occur, this kit can be used whilst waiting for the emergency services.
A whole school assembly was held discussing what equipment was in each bleed control kit, how much a kit costs and how we as a school are supporting this!
